I feel like working here is basically an extension of my life. Building women up to their true potential of being everything they were meant to be. Just like my life at home with my daughter. It’s a forever growing and learning opportunity for me!  I am primarily responsible for managing and scheduling tech staff.  Sometimes, I am a jack of all trades at IWRC Filling roles as tech supervisor, tech, chef extraordinaire, or whatever else the team needs.

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my daughter. Some of our favorites are roller skating, lake time, ice skating and building snowmen. We also have a puppy named Lady.
